These terms govern bookings of mobile cocktail bar services supplied by Limehousebars Ventures Ltd (“Limehouse”). By confirming a booking and settling the invoice, you agree to be bound by them.
Booking & payment
A date is reserved only once full payment has been received. Invoices are issued on confirmation and are payable via Paystack. Prices quoted in-app are inclusive of service and mixologist staffing at the ratios published on the quote sheet.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are refundable less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once subject to availability.
Client obligations
The client is responsible for providing reasonable set-up space, a power outlet where required, and any licences needed to serve alcohol at the venue. Limehouse will not serve guests who appear under the legal drinking age or visibly intoxicated.
Liability
Limehouse’s total liability for any single event is capped at the value of that event’s invoice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lagos State courts.
