NDPR Notice.

This notice is issued by Limehousebars Ventures Ltd pursuant to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. It sets out the lawful bases on which we process personal data of residents of Nigeria.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the lawful bases of (i) contract, where processing is necessary to deliver booked services; (ii) consent, where you have expressly opted in (e.g. newsletter); and (iii) legitimate interest, where processing is necessary to secure or improve the service and does not override your fundamental rights.

Retention

Booking records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request earlier deletion except where retention is required by law.

Data subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, port, object to and erase your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng.
